**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Provide excellent **customer service** by assisting with menu recommendations and answering any queries regarding the menu or restaurant services.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure that customers’ needs are met promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure that all tables are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary items such as condiments and napkins.
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the restaurant’s uniform and grooming standards.
- Assist in the setup and cleaning of the dining area, ensuring it is always presentable for customers.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in the **restaurant or hospitality industry**.
- At least a **college graduate** or holds a **certification** in hospitality or a related field.
- Strong **communication** and **interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced** environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on **customer satisfaction**.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- **Fluency in English** and **Malayalam** (additional language skills are a plus).
