We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Servers to join our team and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
  • Assist in setting up dining areas and special events.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment preferred.
  • Freshers are also welcome with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and guest-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
