**As an Architect at Della Group, you will play a key role in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. This position requires a creative, dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working flexible hours, including site visits and project-related travel. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international partners, reporting to the Head of Department while ensuring adherence to design standards and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and designs for luxury homes, offices, and hospitality projects.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.
- Conduct site visits to supervise construction, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve any onsite challenges.
- Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and present design proposals.
- Work closely with global architects and designers to integrate international trends and innovations into projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Participate in design reviews, offering innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

**Requirements**:.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- A creative mindset with a passion for luxury design and innovation.

**Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

**Minimum Job Experience**: 8-12 years

**Reporting to**: CMD
