Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the enterprise architectural strategy and vision across a range of banking technology projects.

Ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals and technology standards in the banking industry.

Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and robust architectural solutions.

Spearhead the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations.

Oversee the design of integrated systems that meet the rigorous demands of the banking environment.

Provide expertise in software testing methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Manage stakeholder relations, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and architectural decisions.

Navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with international standards in banking technology.

Act as a thought leader, staying abreast of industry trends and contributing to the broader technology community.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on the banking sector.

Proven track record in leading enterprise architecture within large-scale environments.

Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance.

Strong background in designing and implementing complex systems in a banking environment.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams across geographical locations.

Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in international banking.

Willingness to travel internationally as required by the role.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) are highly preferred.
