**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Chief Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership and architectural vision across the organization. This role entails defining the overall structure of IT systems, overseeing the implementation of architectural standards, and ensuring the alignment of IT strategy with business goals. The Chief Architect will work closely with stakeholders, including executive leadership, product management, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Architectural Leadership: - Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for the organization. - Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices. - Ensure architecture is scalable, robust, and secure to support business objectives. - Design and implement software product architectures that enhance user experience and performance.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business goals. - Work with product management to understand and influence product roadmaps. - Partner with engineering teams to ensure architectural integrity during implementation. - Engage with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into architectural decisions.

3. Technical Oversight: - Oversee the design and implementation of key systems and infrastructure. - Review and approve architectural designs and technical decisions. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and innovation. - Ensure the seamless integration of new products and features into existing systems.

4. Product Development: - Drive the technical vision for product development, ensuring scalability and performance. - Lead the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural approaches. - Ensure that all products are designed with a user-first mindset, prioritizing usability and customer satisfaction.

5. Team Leadership: - Mentor and guide architects and technical leads within the organization. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. - Provide leadership during technical crisis and complex problem resolution. - Promote innovation and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies within the product development teams.

6. Governance and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. - Implement governance frameworks to manage architectural risk and ensure

Qualifications : BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), MSc. (Comp/IT), MCM, MCA

**EXPERIENCE: -**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, large-scale IT systems.
- Experience in a product-based software company, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.

**SKILLS: -**

Deep understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Proficiency in a wide range of technologies, including: - React.js and React Native
- Expertise in building user interfaces for desktop and mobility. - Node.js
- Expertise in building scalable backend services.
- IoT: Experience with IoT architectures and solutions.
- AI: Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Data Warehouse: Knowledge of data warehousing principles and technologies.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of software product development and lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
