** (Key tasks and outcomes)**:
We are looking for an experienced technical trainer to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm with an experience of Instructional Designing which will help in creating engaging and interactive training courses for Eton University. The Trainer responsibilities include enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
**Position Title : Technical Trainer**
- Proven work experience as a Technical Trainer ( someone with an experience on financial product)
- Create training content using Instructional design principles
- Determine learning objectives using Blooms Taxonomy
- Should have experience on articulate tool and system stimulation design
- Should have experience in designing facilitator guide, participant guide and prerequisite content design
- **Write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts**:
- Visualize content/instructional graphics
- Questions bank/Create assessments/Quiz
- Use emerging trends in education and learning in the development of content Experience and
- Proven working experience in instructional design Working experience in learning or training industry Analytical should be comfortable working with number-oriented topics Logical and structured thinking strong ability to plan and a sharp focus on timelines
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills
- BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field
Competencies Required:
**Key Responsibility Area**:
- Design and develop engaging and interactive courses for Eton University
- Controlling the version of the content
- Conduct train the trainers (TTT)
- Should have experience in working on designing document and story boarding
- Design and develop training content, other than courses for Eton University, for the Training Department
- Serve as one of the LMS administrators for Eton University
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
