Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Python Trainer to conduct both classroom and online training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical lessons and mentoring learners to master Python programming. Over time, the trainer will also have the opportunity to learn and teach Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Python programming sessions (classroom and online).
  • Design and update training materials, coding exercises, and projects.
  • Mentor learners during labs, projects, and assessments.
  • Continuously upskill to teach Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning modules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of proven experience as a Python trainer or instructor.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Python, OOP, Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring learners.
  • Willingness to upskill in advanced technologies like AI and ML.
