**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
- Present product/service offerings to prospects and explain the value proposition effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2C Telesales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
