**About Us**:
Shapecrunch is a health-tech company making custom orthopedic insoles and footwear using 3D printing and AI.

**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a skilled **3D Printer Operator** to handle daily 3D printing production and maintenance of machines used for custom orthopedic products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor 3D printers (FDM).
- Prepare print files and ensure quality output.
- Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and minor repairs.
- Inspect printed parts for accuracy and finish.
- Keep logs and coordinate with design/production teams.

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- 1-3 years of 3D printing experience preferred.
- Preferred Knowledge of 3D printing software (CATIA/SOLIDWORKS)
- Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
