**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate pouching machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished pouches for defects such as improper seals, print alignment, or incorrect dimensions.
- Ensure raw materials (films, inks, etc.) are loaded correctly and available for continuous operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine to prevent downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to resolve any operational issues.
- Complete production logs and report machine performance to supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating pouching machines in a printing or packaging environment.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of flexible packaging materials and machine mechanics.
- **Skills**: Attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade preferred.
- **Other**: Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
