- **Operating the photocopier**:

- Loading paper into the machine
- Setting copy settings like size, number of copies, and print quality
- Initiating copying process and monitoring for errors
- Adjusting machine settings as needed to optimize copy quality
- **Quality control**:

- Checking copies for clarity, alignment, and accuracy
- Identifying and resolving any quality issues with copies
- **Basic maintenance**:

- Cleaning the machine regularly, including paper feed rollers and glass platens
- Replacing toner cartridges and other consumables
- Performing routine checks for machine malfunctions and reporting issues
- **Document handling**:

- Collating and organizing copied documents
- Stapling or binding copies as required
- Distributing copies to designated recipients
- **Customer service**:

- Assisting users with copying needs, including explaining machine functions
- Addressing any customer concerns regarding copy quality or machine operation

Required skills:
