- Replacing toner cartridges and other consumables
- Performing routine checks for machine malfunctions and reporting issues
- **Document handling**:

- Stapling or binding copies as required
- Distributing copies to designated recipients
- **Customer service**:

- Assisting users with copying needs, including explaining machine functions
- Addressing any customer concerns regarding copy quality or machine operation
