Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain food processing machinery, ensuring efficient production and meeting food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor food processing machines, including packaging, labeling, and filling equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and product quality
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product compliance
- Maintain accurate records of production, including batch numbers and yields
- Adhere to food safety and safety protocols, including GMPs and HACCP
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet production targets

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience operating food processing machinery ( Freshers may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in food processing or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with similar role will be preferred
- Previous experience in a similar food processing environment
