**Job Brief: Machine Operator (Cutting/Printing)**

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a vital part of our production process, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery to ensure the continuous and efficient running of our production operations.

**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to initiate production cycles.

Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed, to maintain optimal performance.

Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines as required.

Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.

Periodically test machine operations to identify and address any issues.

Resolve machine-related issues that arise during the shift.

Check output for any mistakes or flaws attributable to machine operation.

Maintain records of approved and defective units or final products.

Keep detailed activity logs to track production activities.

**Requirements and Skills**:
Proven experience as a machine operator.

Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools.

Understanding of production procedures.

Adherence to health and safety regulations, including the constant use of protective gear.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

Analytical skills to troubleshoot machine-related problems.

Attention to detail to ensure product quality.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the role.

High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.

**Machine Operator Skills and Qualifications**
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in machine operations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
