**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms**.
- Handle **multiple clients or internal accounts** simultaneously with efficiency and precision.
- Continuously monitor and optimize paid campaigns to achieve **targeted conversion rates and ROI**.
- Track and analyze performance data from all platforms; provide **clear and actionable performance reports**.
- Execute **A/B testing** on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the **content and creative teams** to develop effective ad copies, creatives, and promotional strategies.
- Work closely with **web developers** to create and optimize landing pages for better campaign performance.
- Conduct **in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis** to identify high-performing keywords.
- Maintain a strong understanding of **marketing concepts**, particularly in **B2C and B2B digital marketing**.
- Stay updated on the latest PPC trends and best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing principles**, ad platforms, and audience targeting.
- Experience in the **education domain** is highly preferred.
- Proficient in tools such as **Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio**, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
