**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- **Create engaging and clear instructional materials**: Design exercises, examples, and additional resources that complement the video content.
- **Record daily videos**: Provide approximately 2 hours of content per day, focusing on topics relevant to structural analysis tools and software.
- **Post and manage videos on YouTube**: Upload videos and manage the playlist, ensuring accessibility and clarity of content.
- **Respond to learner queries**: Engage with students through YouTube comments or other platforms, providing clarification on the material and offering additional support when needed.
- **Stay up-to-date with industry trends**: Keep track of updates in structural analysis software and techniques, ensuring that content remains relevant and accurate.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Experience in Structural Analysis**: Proven experience in structural analysis using tools such as SAP2000, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or similar software.
- **Experience in teaching or content creation**: Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or creating educational content, either online or in-person.
- **Video production skills**: Ability to create clear, professional-quality videos, including basic editing and sound enhancement.
- **Strong communication skills**: Ability to explain complex engineering concepts in simple terms, making them accessible for learners at various skill levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering**: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Structural, or related engineering fields.
- **Industry certifications**: Certification in structural analysis tools or software such as SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or equivalent.
- **Previous online teaching experience**: Experience creating and delivering online courses or tutorials, especially for technical topics.
- **Background in both design and analysis**: A solid understanding of both structural design and analysis, with a focus on practical problem-solving.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Revenue Share**: The instructor will receive **one-time revenue sharing** based on the earnings generated from the videos posted on YouTube for **one year**.
- **Flexible Work Schedule**: The position requires a commitment of approximately **2 hours per day**, with flexibility in scheduling.

**Note: Salary will be based on video revenue generation. No fixed salary.**
