**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver comprehensive video tutorials on genomic analysis tools such as **Genome Browser (UCSC/Ensembl)**, **IGV (Integrative Genomics Viewer)**, **Bowtie**, **BWA**, **GATK**, and **PLINK**.
- Teach core concepts like genome assembly, variant calling, annotation, gene expression analysis, and comparative genomics.
- Provide practical demonstrations of data processing pipelines for genomic datasets, including **whole-genome sequencing (WGS)** and **RNA-Seq**.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, methods, and advancements in genomic analysis.
- Dedicate **2 hours daily** to creating, editing, and delivering high-quality video content.
- Engage with learners by responding to their questions and comments on YouTube to foster an interactive learning experience.

**Required Qualifications**
- A strong academic or professional background in **Genomics**, **Bioinformatics**, or related fields.
- Proficiency with genomic analysis tools such as **GATK**, **Bowtie**, **Samtools**, **IGV**, and database resources like **Ensembl** or **NCBI**.
- Knowledge of data processing pipelines for genomic and transcriptomic analysis.
- Ability to explain complex genomic concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Commitment to **2 hours daily** for video creation and instructional delivery.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in **Genomics**, **Bioinformatics**, **Molecular Biology**, or related disciplines.
- Experience in using scripting languages like **Python**, **R*, or**Bash* for genomic data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud-based genomic analysis platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Genomics).
- Experience with genome-wide association studies (GWAS), CRISPR analysis tools, or epigenomics workflows.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or content development experience in the field of genomics.
