**Position Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated **Web Analytics Tools Educator [Level 1]** to create and deliver high-quality video tutorials focused on web analytics tools and techniques. As an educator, you will be responsible for teaching learners how to effectively use tools like **Google Analytics**, **Adobe Analytics**, and other related platforms to track, measure, and analyze website performance. This position requires a **2-hour daily commitment**, with compensation based on a **one-time revenue share** of the course’s first-year YouTube earnings.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop structured, easy-to-follow video tutorials covering web analytics tools such as **Google Analytics**, **Adobe Analytics**, and **Hotjar**.
- Teach learners how to track website metrics, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
- Create detailed guides on setting up web analytics accounts, configuring dashboards, and creating custom reports.
- Explain key concepts like traffic sources, bounce rates, conversion tracking, and user behavior analysis.
- Dedicate **2 hours per day** to designing, scripting, recording, and editing instructional videos.
- Stay updated on the latest web analytics tools and trends to ensure course content remains relevant.
- Engage with learners by addressing their questions and providing additional resources when needed.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience using web analytics tools like **Google Analytics**, **Adobe Analytics**, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of website metrics, tracking, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience creating or managing web performance reports for businesses or organizations.
- Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts to learners with varying levels of expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to **2 hours daily** for course content creation and delivery.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certifications such as **Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)** or **Adobe Analytics Certification**.
- Experience working with heatmaps, session recordings, and other user behavior analysis tools like **Hotjar** or **Crazy Egg**.
- Knowledge of **tag management systems** (e.g., **Google Tag Manager**) and setting up event tracking.
- Previous experience teaching, mentoring, or creating online educational content in web analytics or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with **SEO** and **SEM metrics** and how they integrate with web analytics tools.
