**Position Summary**

We are seeking a **Molecular Modeling and Simulation Tools Educator [Level 1]** to design and deliver educational content on advanced molecular modeling and simulation tools. The educator will commit **2 hours daily** to creating and presenting high-quality video lectures. This role is based on a **one-time revenue share** model, with compensation derived from the first-year YouTube earnings of the course. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver comprehensive video tutorials on molecular modeling and simulation tools, including:

- **Molecular docking software** (e.g., AutoDock, PyMOL, Chimera).
- **Molecular dynamics simulations** (e.g., GROMACS, AMBER, CHARMM).
- **Quantum chemistry tools** (e.g., Gaussian, ORCA).
- Other industry-relevant platforms like **Schrödinger**, **VMD**, or **NAMD**.
- Provide step-by-step demonstrations of simulation workflows for drug discovery, material science, or biomolecular studies.
- Simplify complex concepts like force fields, thermodynamics, and quantum mechanics for beginner to intermediate learners.
- Stay updated with advancements in molecular modeling and simulation tools, integrating them into course content.
- Dedicate **2 hours daily** to creating and refining video content in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Foster an interactive learning environment by responding to student questions and feedback.

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong academic or professional background in **Computational Chemistry**, **Biophysics**, **Bioinformatics**, or related fields.
- Proficiency with molecular modeling and simulation software such as **GROMACS**, **AutoDock**, **Gaussian**, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience in molecular simulations, docking studies, or computational drug design.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Commitment to a **2-hour daily** content creation schedule.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in **Chemistry**, **Biology**, **Biophysics**, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, or Bash) for automating modeling workflows.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or content creation experience in computational sciences.
- Familiarity with open-source and commercial software platforms used in molecular modeling.
