**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Coordinator at Indo Texnology, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the company's overall growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Sales Administration**:

- Managing sales orders, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinating with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and data.
- **Customer Support**:

- Providing excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- **Market Research**:

- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assisting sales representatives in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Coordinating sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the têxtile industry is a plus.
