Job Title: Female Sales Coordinator

Gaura Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated *Female Sales Coordinator* to join our team.

Responsibilities:
1. *Sales Support*:

- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide necessary information.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer databases.

2. *Customer Relations*:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

3. *Marketing Support*:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in events and exhibitions to promote our products.

4. *Administrative Tasks*:

- Handle general administrative duties to support the sales department.
- Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurately maintained.

Qualifications:

- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- *Experience*: Previous experience in sales coordination or related roles preferred.

(Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of 2-Wheeler Industry is a plus.

*Skills*:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

(Languages know HINDI, MALAYALAM, TELUGU, KANNADA,..)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of 2-Wheeler Industry is a plus.
