Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

# Key Responsibilities:
1. Working Capital Management: Increase working capital limits with banks, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure optimal utilization of funds.

2. Management Information System (MIS) Reports: Develop and implement MIS reports to provide timely and accurate financial insights to management.

3. ERP Value Add: Leverage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

4. Systems and Process Development: Establish and implement robust systems and processes for all account and finance functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

5. CMA for Banks: Prepare and submit Credit Monitoring Arrangements (CMA) reports to banks, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

6. Forex and Treasury Management: Develop and implement strategies for foreign exchange risk management, treasury operations, and transaction management.

7. Financial Control and Oversight: Exercise total control over accounts, payments, inward transactions, taxation, and government-related taxes and refunds.

8. Team Management: Build, manage, and develop a finance team according to business requirements, ensuring adequate resources and expertise.

9. Quarterly Reviews: Conduct regular quarterly reviews of financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

10. Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth, profitability, and sustainability.

11. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

12. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and industry standards, maintaining high governance standards.

13. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and relevant financial reports to management, board of directors, and stakeholders.

14. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

15. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and preventing misappropriation of funds.

# Requirements:
1. CA or CMA certification: Essential qualification for the role.

2. Minimum 10-15 years of experience: In finance, accounting, or a related field, with experience in a leadership role.

3. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with agro commodities processing and packaging industry, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific financial challenges.

4. Leadership and team management skills: Proven ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing finance teams.

5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to develop and implement financial strategies, identify and mitigate risks, and provide innovative solutions.

Pay: ₹1,035,695.24 - ₹3,228,965.85 per year
