Inside Sales Executive(Saas)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connect within the organization.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and showcase can fulfill their learning needs.
- Online Demos: Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.
- Client Pitches: Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand.
- Relationship Building: Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities, and close deals.
Key Metrics to be Delivered:
- Lead Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Client Meetings: Conduct at least 30-40 client meetings* per month with budget owners and decision makers.
- Conversion Rate: Maintain a high conversion rate from client meetings to lead generation..
- Client Retention: Maintain a high client retention rate through effective relationship management. Growth Path:
- Performance-Based Growth: Opportunities for growth based on performance, including increased responsibility, leadership roles, and involvement in strategic planning.
- Skill Development: Continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing from Tier B+ College/ University
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience: 2-4 years of work experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
- Client Handling: Experience within MNCs dealing with high-profile clients is an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
