This role is with one of our portfolio companies.
**Summary-**
Minimum 8 years of work experience with a proven track record of leading GTM, sales & revenue operations with effective senior management responsibilities. Experience in SaaS companies is a must & experience in organizations dealing with SMBs or supply chains will be preferred.
**Responsibilities-**
- Align with founders and build a GTM roadmap
- Lead the ToF engine [Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Excellence, Digital Marketing]
- Build an FOS team
- Build a culture of excellence in our growth team
- Expand the partner program to drive acquisition of sellers
- Drive occasional brand and community events (both online and offline)
- Sales Management (lead all inbound & outbound sales initiatives across Inside Sales & Offline GTM motions; develop new channels of product distribution)
**Requirements**:
Bachelors/Masters from Tier 1 is preferred
Strong B2B or SaaS sales experience in the startup space
Need to have a go-getter and hustler attitude
Analytical abilities & comfort with number-driven experimentation is a must
