Role Description: Work closely with the business development team to identify prospects, support outreach, participate in demos, and help expand our client base across India. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential B2B leads - Support outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking - Join sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups - Maintain CRM records and create basic reports - Coordinate internally to support client interactions - Shadow senior sales members to learn strategy and positioning What We're Looking For - Recent graduate with interest in B2B sales & SaaS - Excellent communication and confident presence - Proactive, quick thinker with strong interpersonal skills - Professional and well-presented with strong rapport‑building ability - Energetic, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setup - Available to work from office at least 3 days a week What You'll Gain:: - Hands-on experience in SaaS sales & client handling - Exposure to complete B2B sales cycles - Mentorship from experienced sales leaders - Strong chance of full-time conversion based on performance Stipend: 15K-25K per Month Ready to kickstart your career in a high‑growth environment?
