**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs, requirements, and business challenges to present appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects in CRM and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, conversions, and revenue contribution.
- Follow up with warm leads, nurture relationships, and ensure timely closure.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and provide market feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS, IT, or B2B sales).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
