About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Document Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents,including but not limited to Lease Deeds, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), LegalNotices, Arbitration, ARBY documents, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service LevelAgreements (SLAs), and Leave and License Agreements.
- Legal Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on matters related tocommercial contracts, property leases, and regulatory compliance. Records Management: Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of all legal documentsand agreements, maintaining a meticulous record keeping system.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in the management of legal disputes, including the preparation forarbitration and other dispute resolution processes.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations,and legal precedents impacting the company.
- Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that contractual obligations aremet, and legal risks are effectively mitigated.
- Minutes of Meetings: Draft and review Minutes of Meetings to ensure precision, clarity, andlegal validity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/BA.LL.B) from a recognized university.
- 2-3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in house legal department.
- Strong knowledge of Lease Deeds, MOUs, Legal Notices, ARBY, MSAs, SLAs, Leave and LicenseAgreements, and Minutes of Meetings.
- Proficiency in Telugu is a must, with the ability to draft and review legal documents in Telugu.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a corporate legal environment.
- Exposure to arbitration and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
