**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of corporate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and partnership contracts.
- Support senior legal counsel in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Conduct legal research on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and other relevant topics.
- Handle due diligence processes related to corporate transactions.
- Review company policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and organize legal documentation, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and corporate filings.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to provide legal guidance on corporate matters.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.
- Assist in managing corporate secretarial tasks, including maintaining corporate records and coordinating board meetings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- LLB/LLM or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to corporate transactions, compliance, and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law principles.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
