**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including contracts, notices, legal opinions, and pleadings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic insights.
- Assist in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, including appearances in courts or tribunals (where applicable).
- Manage case files, deadlines, and document control with high attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization.
- Support senior legal advisors on complex matters and urgent legal risks.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor of Laws (LLB)** from a recognized university.
- **3-5 years of relevant legal experience** in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice law.
- Strong command over **legal drafting**, interpretation, and research.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- **High resilience under pressure**, with the ability to handle time-sensitive and complex matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.).**Job Summary**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,240.69 - ₹500,000.00 per year
