**Responsibilities**:
Review, draft Legal Opinions, Deeds and redline a variety of agreements, including but not limited to contracts, leases, operating agreements, and other legal documents, to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on there properly and contractual matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve legal issues.
Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws
Enrolled in to the bar Association of India
0-2 ears of post-qualification experience in contract drafting, legal opinion,review, and negotiation, preferably in a corporate or Real estate field.

Freshers are also welcome they will trained from our end
Strong understanding of Contract law and legal principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Monday to Saturday
