Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Legal Associate specializing in property and banking documentation. The Legal Associate will handle the preparation and scrutiny of legal documents, conduct property title verifications, and perform legal research related to property and mortgage documentation. Daily responsibilities include drafting, analyzing legal issues, and reporting to clients including financial institutions and corporate entities. The role also involves supporting lease agreements, reconveyance, and advisory services.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of property law, legal issues, and related regulations
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation and drafting
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate property titles and legal documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in law (LL. B) or any degree
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Experience in working with or assisting financial institutions or corporates is a plus
