Job Description:-

As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, minimizing legal risks, and providing legal guidance to internal teams and management.

  • Roles and Responsibilities:-

    Liaise and coordinate with external legal counsel on active and pending legal matters.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, courts, and with other authorities.
  • Develop, review, and implement internal legal and governance policies.
  • Conduct legal research and evaluate potential legal risks for business decisions.
  • Draft, review, negotiate contracts, agreements, legal documents, and settlement terms.
  • Handle disputes and litigation involving corporations and individuals.
  • Advise management on corporate legal matters and suggest preventive legal measures.
  • Collaborate with the HR and other department on employee-related legal issues and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Create and issue legal notices and agreements to clients and Employee when required.
  • Provide legal support during visa and immigration processes.
  • Assist the divergence team with complex visa-related cases.

Conduct audits of documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelors degree in Law
  • Proven experience working in corporate legal departments or law firms.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and immigration law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills
