Lakstech IT Solutions is a dynamic company at the forefront of technological innovation. We are currently seeking a Legal Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing, drafting, and redlining various legal documents and agreements critical to our operations in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and redline a variety of agreements, including but not limited to contracts, leases, operating agreements, and other legal documents, to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve legal issues.
  • Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Admission to the bar in the United States/India
  • 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, preferably in a corporate or Real estate field.
  • Strong understanding of US contract law and legal principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹45,121.36 per month
