**Key Responsibilities:1. Invoice Handling & Processing**
- Assist in generating and sharing invoices with clients.
- Help verify vendor invoices before payment processing.
- Learn to prepare credit notes and basic adjustments.

**2. Payments & Receivables**
- Support tracking of payments from customers and to vendors.
- Learn to record incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Follow up with clients or vendors for any basic payment issues.

**3. GST Assistance**
- Support in collecting and organizing data for GST filing.
- Learn about GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other compliance requirements.
- Help ensure transactions are recorded as per GST norms.

**4. Vendor Coordination**
- Communicate with vendors for invoice and payment-related queries.
- Assist in maintaining vendor records and documentation.

**5. Bookkeeping & Documentation**
- Help maintain and organize financial documents and records.
- Support data entry and transaction recording in accounting software.

**6. Excel Data Entry & Reporting**
- Use Excel to manage and update financial data.
- Assist in preparing simple reports like expense summaries and payment trackers.

**7. Reconciliation Support**
- Help in checking bank and vendor statements.
- Assist in identifying and correcting any basic mismatches in data.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or any commerce-related field.
- **Skills**: Basic understanding of accounting, Excel, and Tally (preferred).
