**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Associate to join our finance team. This role is for someone with at least 2 years of experience in accounting. You will be responsible for handling accounts, managing invoices, dealing with vendors, filing GST returns, and keeping financial records accurate. A good understanding of accounting software (especially Tally), Excel, and basic accounting principles is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & Payable:

- Ensure all incoming and outgoing payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Keep track of customer and vendor accounts, ensuring payments and receipts are correctly recorded.
- Contact clients and vendors about any overdue payments or issues.
- Prepare reports showing what payments are due or outstanding.

Invoice Generation & Processing:

- Create and send invoices to clients according to agreed terms.
- Check vendor invoices for accuracy before processing them for payment.
- Assist in preparing credit notes or adjustments as needed.

GST Filing & Compliance:

- Help prepare and submit GST returns (e.g., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on time.
- Ensure all GST transactions are recorded correctly.
- Keep up-to-date with GST laws and ensure compliance.

Vendor Management:

- Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure timely payment.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment or invoice issues.
- Ensure vendor payments are processed according to the company’s guidelines.

Bookkeeping & Financial Records:

- Keep financial records organized and up-to-date.
- Record all transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.

Excel Data Management & Reporting:

- Use Excel to track financial data and prepare reports.
- Help prepare financial reports like cash flow and balance sheets using Excel.
- Assist with any other financial reports or forecasts needed.

Reconciliation & Financial Checks:

- Regularly check bank statements, vendor statements, and other accounts for accuracy.
- Help prepare monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Assist with finding trends or issues in financial data and improving them

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 2 years (preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
