**Junior Account Associate - Roles and Responsibilities**

As a Junior Account Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Accounts and Finance team with daily financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. All deliverables will be reviewed and finalized by the Senior Accountant or Accounts Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

Accounting Operations
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and update ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
- Support bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and statutory reports.

**Financial Reporting & Compliance**
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Maintain supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting entries and compliance requirements.
- Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial documentation.
- Provide general administrative and accounting support as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
