**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
- Provide information about our training programs and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and sessions for students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and responses.
- Meet monthly call and conversion targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Tele Caller or in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
