- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about V-Guard services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate and relevant information.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Manage components in-store, ensuring accurate tracking and timely management of inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
