Greet and welcome visitors/clients with a professional and friendly attitude
- Manage front desk operations and maintain office reception area
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks (data entry, filing, documentation)
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Handle courier, stationery, and other office supplies
- Support HR/Administration in various activities as assigned
- Having basic knowledge of Accounting and inventory management
- Looking Admin activity along with good communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good command over English & Hindi (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹18,600.00 per month
