
Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- He/she would be responsible to welcome the visitors coming to the office and answer their basic queries.
- Attending calls
- Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller.
- Data Management Data Mining
- Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner.
**Skills Required**:
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi - tasking abilities
- Problem - solving skills
- Customer service orientation
**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
