Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time (In-Office) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month (Fixed) Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Role Overview We are looking for a Back Office Telecaller / Executive Assistant to support the CFO in managing day-to-day communication and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will handle client and internal team calls, maintain schedules, and assist in administrative operations. The role requires fluency in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred), excellent communication skills, and a professional approach. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily calling operations on behalf of the CFO, including client follow-ups and information collection. - Make internal coordination calls with team members and departments. - Maintain a structured schedule and appointment calendar for the CFO. - Attend and filter incoming calls, ensuring proper communication flow. - Record call summaries, maintain feedback logs, and provide regular updates. - Support with basic data entry and documentation tasks when required. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Qualifications - Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. - Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory). - Proficient in Hindi and preferably Gujarati. - Good telephone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly and professionally. - Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Sheets). - Prior experience in a telecalling, receptionist, or executive assistant role is an advantage. Requirements - Must be available to work on-site in Ahmedabad (computer and phone access will be provided). - Gender: Open to all (Male/Female candidates can apply). - Should be confident, polite, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Must maintain a high level of discipline, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
