**Job Summary**:
SBMCH Tirupati Medical College & Hospital is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented **Call Center Executives** to join our dynamic communication team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling incoming calls, appointments, inquiries, and providing accurate information with a positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain updated records
- Provide accurate information regarding departments, services, timings, and procedures
- Coordinate with departments for smooth communication and patient handling
- Document patient queries, complaints, and feedback, and escalate when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital communication protocols
- Assist in tele-follow-ups and appointment confirmations

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English, Telugu, and Hindi**:

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with hospital software/CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
- Good listening skills and a customer-centric approach
- Prior call center or hospital experience preferred, but **freshers with good communication skills** are encouraged to apply
