Job Opportunity

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Your key responsibilities will include initiating outbound calls to prospects, engaging in effective communication to highlight the value proposition, and working towards achieving sales targets through telephonic selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects with the aim of introducing skincare products.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-driven and able to meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
