We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced South Indian Chef to join our team. As a South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious South Indian dishes that will delight our customers' taste buds. Your expertise in South Indian cuisine, along with your creativity and attention to detail, will be essential in delivering a memorable culinary experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, chutneys, and other regional specialties.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food by following standardized recipes and cooking techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials while keeping up with food trends.
- Monitor and control food costs by efficiently managing inventory and minimizing wastage.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food handling and preparation procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of food production and wastage for inventory purposes.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, techniques, and ingredients related to South Indian cuisine.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a South Indian Chef, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.
- In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including traditional cooking methods, spices, and flavors.
- Ability to prepare and present dishes that meet high-quality standards in taste, appearance, and portioning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 3 years (preferred)
- South Indian Dishes: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
