Agile Coach

What's the role?:
As a member of our global Agile Coaching team, you will be an active practitioner in coaching, mentoring and facilitating our product development. Our mandate and daily work affects all layers of the company, from Enterprise to individual teams.

In this role, you will:

- Facilitate regular practices of agile teams and keeping them meaningful
- Facilitate the work of teams and leaders to solve their problems
- Facilitating teams and individual to collaborate across organizational boundaries
- Mentor leaders and teams on agile mindset, principles, and practices
- Challenge people in your circle of influence to do better
- Give credit and celebrate successes of the people whom you have coached
- Help us to learn from successes and failures alike
- Help to create healthy, highly collaborative, and continuously learning culture

Who are you?:
You are an ambitious professional with a bachelors degree (technical) and have 5 to 8 years of working experience in software industry. In addition:

- You have understanding and hands-on experience of at least one Agile framework and the related methods in software development
- You are passionate and knowledgeable about product and software development
- You understand agile mindset and why it is applicable to our work
- You understand Agile & Lean Software Development principles and can transfer that to the organization
- You are ready to learn the coaching mindset and practices
- You are willing to adapt your approach and communication style to different contexts and audiences
- Solid theoretical understanding of Programming, Software Development, Development Management, Product Management/Ownership, Software Testing.
