**Job Summary**:
The Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes. The role involves conducting audits of financial, operational, and compliance activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in Microsoft Excell.
- Plan, execute, and report on internal audit assignments across departments.
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Review financial statements, records, and operational procedures for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify potential risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA, Inter CA Or Drop Out CA, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or in a similar auditing/finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal control frameworks.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP or auditing software is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
