**Responsibilities**:

- Develop internal audit scope and plans.
- Regularly audit inventory, internal process documents, reports, internal control points, and organizational assets.
- Periodically visit all branch offices across India to ensure resource authenticity and accountability.
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation.
- Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports reflecting audit findings and processes.
- Provide independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
- Identify loopholes, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and cost-saving measures.
- Maintain transparent communication with management and internal teams.
- Document processes and prepare audit findings reports for management review.
- Ensure timely compliance from internal teams based on audit findings.
- Conduct follow-up audits to monitor implementation of audit recommendations.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Intermediate CA / M.Com with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated dedication and sincerity in work.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in analysis and data reporting.
- Proven track record as an auditor.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
