**Sweta Patel & Associates ** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. The Internal Auditor will play a vital role in safeguarding the company's assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan, identifying areas of risk and ensuring comprehensive audit coverage.
- Conduct independent and objective assessments of the company's internal controls, financial reporting, and operational processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management practices and recommend improvements.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential weaknesses and areas for improvement.
- Prepare well-documented and concise audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to senior management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in internal auditing.

**Qualifications**:

- Inter CA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
