**Job Title: Internal Auditor**

**Location**: Vadodara / Ahmedabad

**Experience**: 3-5 years

We are hiring for a CA firm based in Vadodara, specializing in providing comprehensive services to a diverse clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Plan and execute internal audits of business processes, operations, and financial activities to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify key risks and control deficiencies in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, inventory control, and other areas of operations.
- Develop audit programs, test plans, and workpapers to support audit procedures and document findings, observations, and recommendations in accordance with professional standards.
- Liaise with all business units to ensure compliance with risk policies and procedures.
- Prepare risk reports for management, highlighting areas of concern and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct research and stay updated with any changes in risk management trends and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, inter CA or CA..
- Minimum of **3-5 years** of experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, or related field.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, techniques, and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with audit software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
