We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our digital marketing team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services, and setting up meetings for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and data mining.
- Explain our services, understand client needs, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 year experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.
