Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as BPO/Tele Callers. As a BPO/Tele Caller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our company and providing exceptional service. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering results, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from existing and potential customers.
- Provide information about products/services, promotions, and pricing.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in [mention languages required].
- Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
